When you upload a file, you guarantee you are the creator or legal guardian of the creator of the contents uploaded and you hereby grant full use to HeartSpa, Inc as deemed appropriate by HeartSpa, Inc. without compensation of any kind now or in the future for the purpose of expanding the PayPeaceForward movement.

If what you upload is chosen to be shared further, you agree to grant HeartSpa, Inc. the right to publish only the first name and state of the child artist. All other information will remain confidential and only be used to notify you if, when, and how what you shared in this form has been used or when there are updates to the progress of the PayPeaceForward movement.
